  • When does early bird pricing end?

    It will end on Friday, June 27th. All prices will increase by $50.

  • Who will be in attendance?

    While this is a Defense focused event. There will be representatives from Federal, State, and Local government agencies, Prime contractors, resource partners, and small businesses at this event.

    We will be posting a buyers guide.

  • How can you sign up for matchmaking times?

    Matchmaking sign-ups will be done electronically prior to the event. You will receive an email from Stones River Event Management to compete your vendor profile and request meeting times.

    You may also be able to sign-up the morning of based on availability.

  • Do I need to attend both days?

    We highly encourage attending both days. While there is no requirement there is no prorated rates for one day attendance.

  • How can I be prepared?

    We highly recommend coming to our How to Prepare for a Matchmaker webinar that will be announced at a later date.

    Small Businesses should bring business cards and capabilities statements to hand out while networking. Additionally, take a look at the buyers guide prior to scheduling appointments.

  • Is there a virtual option?

    There will not be a virtual component for this event. Attendance will be in person only.

  • Is there a Cancelation Policy?

    All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
